Que dire de Maxime ? Au-delà de notre belle amitié, Maxime est une personne passionnée par le monde de la musculation et de la nutrition. C'est un réel plaisir de l'avoir comme coach car il est toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, pour me soutenir dans les moments difficiles, et c'est grâce à lui que j'ai pu atteindre ce physique !

En plus d'être un coach, c'est un véritable prof. Il explique tout de manière extrêmement claire et adaptée à votre niveau de connaissance. C'est un coach que je recommande à 1000%. Sa priorité est de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs, et il sera toujours là pour vous motiver et vous pousser plus loin. Je pense qu'il représente ce qu'il y a de meilleur dans cette industrie !

A few words from Leo

I’ve always struggled to put on mass, weighing 70kg at the end of high school. By the end of September 2023 I had gotten myself to 75kg but was still struggling to break into the 80kg range. Then I started working with Guigui and that all changed. I was simpily never eating enough, now I was eating enough calories to bulk with a great balance of macros. This along with training to failure and high intensity in the gym saw me put on weight faster then I ever thought was possible. By mid march 2024 I had bulked to 95kg. I then did a mini cut to 91kg and feel more confident then I ever have before!

who am i?

Where I come from

Everything started at 15 years old in Fribourg, Switzerland. At the time I was playing football and just stopped doing Karate. I was looking to gain a little bit of size but "not too much". It was only after about a year that I started to learn about resistance training and nutrition and it completely changed my life...

My journey

After a few years and the future in front of me, I moved to Amsterdam to study international sports management and decided to start competing as a natural bodybuilder. This also lead me to certifications both in nutrition and in fitness. Living surrounded by athletes from different sports and from an international background really gave me all the key to understand sports at a deeper level and I feel confident that I can coach any amateur athlete!

I know have the experience of 10+ years of training and I understand the world of sports from a different angle. I help people look like athletes without having to spend hours doing cardio or sacrificing good food.
