Every week you submit some data, videos, forms. You can either do it as the week goes or do it all at once before the deadline.
My side
I review how the week went and make changes either in nutrition, workout plan or lifestyle behaviours and deliver the feedback in a way of your choosing.

How often do I need to check in?
Weekly check-ins are essential for tracking your progress and making necessary adjustments to your plan. This ensures that you stay on track and continue to make progress toward your goals. However, you can choose to fill out everything at once or day by day, the flexibility is yours.
What if I don't see results right away?
Patience is key. Body transformation takes time. The weekly check-ins allow us to tweak your plan as needed to ensure steady progress. Trust the process and stay consistent. Nobody became shredded or very muscular overnight.
What kind of workouts will I need to do?
Your workout plan will be tailored to your fitness level and goals. It will include a mix of resistance training and optional cardio, focusing on exercises that you enjoy and can stick to.
Can I follow this plan if I have dietary restrictions?
